Often referred to as “moving meditation”, Tai Chi at it’s core aims to nurture our life energy ( qi ) within us to move powerfully and gracefully throughout our body.
With continued practice the Tai Chi student will notice an increasing mind and body integration through controlled movements and synchronized deep breathing.
